Il est indispensable de présenter le bon de confirmation (imprimé ou sur votre mobile) à notre personnel le jour de la visite. Ce bon est valable comme reçu de paiement.

L'annulation de la réservation, une fois confirmée, supposera certains frais:

A. Services / General Visits (except Alhambra and Generalife) :

• Les annulations avec plus de 72 heures en avance sur le temps de service, seront remboursées sauf 8 € pour frais de gestion.
• Les annulations faites avec moins de 72 heures à l'avance ne seront pas remboursées.
• Ne PAS PRÉSENTER OU ARRIVER TARD AU TEMPS INDIQUÉ AU POINT DE RÉUNION CONTIENT DES PERTES DU DROIT DE VISITE ET PAS DE RETOUR DU MONTANT DU SERVICE.
• Les annulations et modifications de réservations doivent être demandées par écrit auprès de votre espace client.

B. Visites de l'Alhambra et du Generalife:

1. Visites privées Alhambra:

• Les montants livrés pour les billets et leur gestion ne seront pas remboursés.
• Les annulations faites avec moins de 72 heures à l'avance, ne seront pas remboursées.
• Ne PAS PRÉSENTER OU ARRIVER TARD AU POINT DE RENCONTRE INDIQUÉ À L'ÉCHELLE DE LA CONVENTION CONTIENT DES PERTES DU DROIT DU VISITE ET PAS LE REVENU DE L'ASSURE.

2. Visites de groupe quotidiennes / Régulières:

• Annulations jusqu'à 15 jours avant votre visite de groupe seront remboursés sauf 8 € pour les frais de gestion.
• Les annulations faites moins de 15 jours avant votre visite de groupe ne seront pas remboursées.
• Ne PAS PRÉSENTER OU ARRIVER TARD AU TEMPS INDIQUÉ AU POINT DE RÉUNION CONTIENT DES PERTES DU DROIT DE VISITE ET PAS DE RETOUR DU MONTANT DU SERVICE.

3. Documentation et identification :

• You must keep the entrance during the whole itinerary. In case of loss you will not be able to continue with the visit.
• C'EST OBLIGATOIRE. carry your documentation (DNI/Passport) on the day of the visit. If the information provided does not coincide with that of the visitor, the Alhambra may prevent their access to the monument.
• In the case of request identification data to make the visit to the Alhambra and Generalife, will have 24 hours to provide or the reservation will be canceled, in this case a charge of 8 euros will apply for processing costs.

As established in article 44 of Law 7/1996 of 15 January on the Regulation of Retail Trade, we inform you that our products, given their special nature, are not subject to the right of withdrawal.

By registering for our visits, you fully accept the Terms and Conditions and the content of what is published on this website, which are your commitment to us and ours to you.

The information contained in this website, such as itineraries, timetables, are true at the time of publication of this website, any alteration or change since its publication, inaccuracy or variation can not be considered as misleading advertising of the organizing company.

If there is any variation in any visit, it will be informed at the time of booking or at the beginning of the service, being the valid and definitive information provided by the guide at the beginning of the visit. Any of the places foreseen within the development of each of the visits, may be replaced by another of similar category or characteristics, if special circumstances or force majeure force us to do so.

If the organizing company is forced to suspend the contracted service, it will proceed immediately to refund the amounts collected, offering customers the alternative dates available. No compensation will be due.

The abandonment or separation of the group during the visit, for reasons not attributable to the Organization, implies the loss of any right to claim.

At regular visits, if there is no possibility of making a group in one language, sometimes the visit could be in two languages.

Please note that visits requiring transportation may take a few minutes due to traffic.

This company as well as the collaborating companies, are not responsible for the waits that could originate in the accesses of the monuments to visit, be for the organization and/or internal management of the monument.

According to our privacy policy, depending on the service contracted, your personal details as well as those of your credit card may be transferred to other collaborating companies.

For any matter arising from the interpretation or application of the conditions contained in this website and for compliance with the obligations arising from the acceptance of them, both the client and the organizing company are subject to the jurisdiction and competence of the Courts of Cordoba, waiving any other jurisdiction.
